Olympic Champ Accused Of Being Unfit Dad

The mother of Bode Miller's newborn son says she is fighting the Olympic downhill skier for custody of her son.

Sara McKenna claimed in a court filing this week that the famed Olympic skier should not have custody of her son because he lives on a yacht, which she believes is not a safe place for a baby and she also claims Bode has substance abuse problems.

According to  legal documents that were obtained by TMZ,  McKenna also claimed Miller did not want the child, and ask her to have an abortion.

McKenna recently filed a police report against Miller's wife, Morgan Beck, claiming online attacks and threatening messages on Twitter.

Bode first filed a paternity lawsuit earlier this year, asking for joint legal and physical custody.

McKenna is asking for primary custody of their son.

And this isn't the only baby mama drama the Olympic champ is dealing with, Miller has also filed for joint legal and physical custody as well as child support payments for a child by another woman - Chanel Johnson.
